Privacy notice
This notice explains what information we collect when you contact us, why we need it, who helps us operate the website and the choices available to you.
Last updated: 7 June 2026
Nevens Consulting EA is responsible for deciding how personal information submitted through this website and our published contact channels is used.
This notice covers initial enquiries only. If you become a client, additional engagement terms and privacy information may apply to the professional services provided.
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, selected service interest and message. You may also choose to provide a telephone number and organization name.
The required details allow us to understand and respond to your request. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to respond through the form. Optional details can be left blank.
Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential client documents through the website form.
We use your information to review your enquiry, respond to you, discuss relevant professional support, protect the form from misuse and maintain appropriate correspondence records.
We process enquiry information with your consent and as necessary to take steps you request before a possible professional engagement. Sending an enquiry does not create a client engagement.
We use trusted cloud providers to host the website, deliver enquiries, protect the form from abuse and understand general website usage. They process only the information needed for these functions and may do so outside Kenya, subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.
Our analytics are cookie-free and use aggregated technical information. Contact-form conversion tracking does not include your name, contact details, organization or message.
We limit the information requested, use encrypted website connections, keep delivery credentials on the server and apply rate limiting to the enquiry form. Access to enquiry information should be limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes described above.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use our published contact details before sending confidential documents or particularly sensitive information.
We keep contact enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last correspondence. We may retain information for longer where necessary to meet a legal, regulatory, professional-record or dispute-resolution obligation.
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, you may ask to be informed about how your personal data is used, access information we hold about you, object to or restrict certain processing, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion where we are no longer authorized to retain it. Where applicable, you may also request data portability or withdraw consent.
To make a request or ask a privacy question, email info@nevens.co.ke. We may need to confirm your identity and will consider the request subject to applicable legal and professional obligations.
If you believe your concern has not been resolved, you may contact or file a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
