When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your name, work email address, optional telephone number and organization, service interest and message content.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential client documents through the website form.
We use enquiry information to review and respond to your request, communicate about relevant professional support and maintain appropriate correspondence records.
Submission of an enquiry does not create a client engagement. Any professional engagement is subject to separate acceptance procedures and terms.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiry delivery uses Resend, form-abuse protection uses Upstash rate limiting, and Vercel Speed Insights is used to monitor site performance. These providers may process technical or enquiry information only as needed to provide those services.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and improve our website. It collects anonymized website usage information without cookies, including pages visited, referring source, device and broad location information, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags when present in a link.
Contact enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is required to meet legal, regulatory, dispute-resolution or professional-record obligations.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or raise a privacy question, by contacting us at info@nevens.co.ke. Requests are considered subject to applicable legal and professional obligations.
